Kitchen Shift lead

To provide customers with quality food prepared in a clean environment by ensuring that all products meet the standards and guidelines of The Cove, and to lead and support the staff in serving our customers in accordance with the Customer Service Standards. To supervise the kitchen staff and act as a support for the Management team.

 

 

Line Cook

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

 

 

Dishwasher

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Properly washes, stacks, and stores dishes.

 

 

Food Runner

Picks up food product for orders placed by the service staff and delivers the meal to our guests. Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize our guests dining experience.

 

 

Hostess

Welcomes guests in a warm and friendly manner. Ascertains their dining/lodging needs. Seats guests and manages the seating chart. Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.

 

 

Bartender

Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits. Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail. Satisfies patron requests in a timely manner.

 

 

Sous Chef

Works alongside head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
